01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dk11game", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the dk11game platform, accessible at dk11game.ws, and the operator entity responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on dk11game.ws and uses any part of the dk11game service.
• "Platform" — refers to the dk11game website (dk11game.ws), mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services operated by dk11game.
• "Services" — refers to all gaming, betting, casino, slots, and related services offered by dk11game, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other product verticals available on the platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered personal account created by a player on dk11game.ws, used to access all dk11game services and manage their PKR wallet balance.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by dk11game to a player, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum amount a player must bet (using bonus or real funds as specified) before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required by dk11game before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee. The primary currency used on the dk11game platform for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dk11game.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any dk11game service in any capacity, you confirm that:

1. You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these terms as a condition of using the dk11game platform.

4. You are not acting on behalf of another person, and the account is registered solely for your personal use.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a dk11game account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or have not voluntarily excluded yourself from dk11game under the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of dk11game or any of its affiliate partners, or a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a dk11game account suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.

dk11game reserves the right to request proof of age (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID) at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single dk11game account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your dk11game account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify dk11game promptly if any of your registration details change.

• Username & Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk11game login credentials. Do not share your account details with any other person. dk11game will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• Account Security: You must notify the dk11game support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dk11game will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• KYC Verification: Full account verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include CNIC (front and back), passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• One Account Per Household: Only one registered dk11game account is permitted per household address. Accounts sharing a device, IP address, or payment method may be flagged for review.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

dk11game supports a range of local Pakistani payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing PKR as convenient as possible. All financial transactions on the dk11game platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the dk11game platform:

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits.
• dk11game reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your dk11game account.
• dk11game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own network or transfer fees — dk11game has no control over these.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) deposits are credited at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed on-chain transaction. Rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the player's responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dk11game offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered dk11game players only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses and free bets expire after a set period if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonuses are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute at different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse & Misuse: dk11game reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or exploitation of promotional loopholes. This includes but is not limited to multiple account usage, collusion, or systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions may carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the dk11game platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as well as the following general platform-wide rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dk11game does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or incorrect odds caused by a manifest error, dk11game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and removal at any time without notice, particularly during live cricket matches where the game situation changes rapidly.
• PSL cricket betting markets are priced and managed according to dk11game's internal cricket trading rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to each market type apply.
• Casino games (live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar) are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In cases of conflicting rules, the game provider's rules take precedence over any general description on the dk11game platform.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel.
• dk11game reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, maximum winnings, or restrict betting activity on specific markets for any player without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk11game platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one dk11game account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, access games, or manipulate any outcome on the dk11game platform.
• Exploiting errors in software, incorrect odds (manifest errors), or any technical fault to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in connection with sports betting on the dk11game platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on the dk11game platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the dk11game platform for any activity related to financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards dk11game staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the dk11game platform, its software, or its content.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk11game platform — including but not limited to the dk11game brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dk11game or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk11game platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any dk11game content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on dk11game content or software.
• Use the dk11game brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation from dk11game.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the dk11game platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of dk11game intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the dk11game platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the support team at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

10 Privacy & Data

dk11game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the dk11game Privacy Policy.

• Registration data (name, date of birth, mobile number, email) is collected for account creation and KYC compliance.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or technical faults on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data.
• Any third-party content, software, or services accessed through the dk11game platform.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.

dk11game's total liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your dk11game account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these terms shall limit dk11game's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Responsible Gaming

dk11game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all product verticals. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. These tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings section after dk11game login.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard session duration limits to manage time spent on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. If a material change is made, dk11game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via:

• An in-platform notification displayed upon your next dk11game login following the update.
• An email notification to the address registered on your dk11game account.

Continued use of the dk11game platform after any amendment to the Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which dk11game operates. dk11game operates under international gaming authority oversight and maintains compliance with applicable gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and dk11game, the following process applies:

3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing dk11game's operations.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding against dk11game in connection with any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform.
